Bay & Beach Mobile Legal is operated by the principal, Robyn Fletcher.  Robyn is not only a solicitor who practices in many areas of law, but she also offers conveyancing services, acting on behalf of clients buying or selling either residential or commercial property.

 

In order to accommodate her client's needs she is a mobile lawyer who is available to her clients outside standard working hours for both appointments and to discuss their matters.  She is also available seven days a week to meet with her client's at their homes or other convenient location.  Out of hours consultations do not incur any additional fees as this option is provided to ensure that Bay & Beach Mobile Legal offers clients a superior standard of service.   Bay & Beach Mobile Legal have been offering  mobile services to clients since 2003 and take pride  in the knowledge that  Bay & Beach Mobile Legal was one of the first, if not the first, business to provide mobile legal services.   Areas of operation include the Sutherland Shire, Eastern Suburbs, Central Sydney, Inner West and North Shore.  Appointments outside these areas may also be arranged.

 

In addition to conveyancing and property matters generally, Bay & Beach Mobile Legal also offers advice and representation in Estate matters (including the drafting of Wills, Powers of Attorney and Enduring Guardianship documentation), compensation law, commercial matters and commercial litigation, and local court matters such as drink driving.
